You’ll receive a text message with a financial assessment form to fill out. You’ll be able to send the form back via text message, along with photos of the following documents:
If you receive any of the following types of income, send us a photo of your most recent:
This could be a driver’s license, Florida ID, or a piece of mail showing your address (such as a utility bill or a bank statement).
We’ll contact you to let you know whether your application was approved, and what level of coverage you’ll receive.
